Shop and Design Assistant

Part-time (20-25 hours/week)

Location: Bartlesville, OK

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time management position with our quickly expanding company and brand.

We are seeking a bright, motivated, dedicated, and hard-working individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, and interests in design, product development and manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and business strategy. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, hustle, and a high regard for excellence are a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory organization and management

  • Maintaining studio and office organization

  • Packing/ shipping orders

  • Picking up/ delivering materials and supplies

  • Assisting in preparing for and implementing photoshoots for product marketing and lifestyle content.

  • Opportunities for social media, lifestyle blog, and marketing content development

Requirements:

  • High school degree

  • Reliable vehicle

  • Willingness to sign non-disclosure agreement

  • Basic experience with website management, Excel, and Word

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Takes direction and feedback well

  • Friendly and energetic personality

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and systems

  • Interest in art/ design

  • Experience with Quickbooks/ basic accounting is a plus

  • Experience with social media/content creation/ blogging is a plus

  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus


Artisan (emphasis on ceramic works)

Part time (20-25 hours/ week)

Bartlesville or Tulsa- area, OK

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with our quickly expanding company and brand.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, timely, and enthusiastic artisan to create ceramic goods from slip to final fire as well as other mediums. Experience with ceramics and kiln operation is a plus, but artistic, talented, reliable candidates who are quick learners without ceramic experience will be considered.
